Interview
It was easy at first. The first interview was a phone screen and it was easy. The next day, I got an email saying that two of the higher-ups would like to meet me and we scheduled a date. The first one who I had a face-to-face interview with was a delight. It was very easy and it felt like a conversation. However, the second higher up was brutal to say the least. They interrogated me and asked me at least 15 questions, most of it was situational. I was sweating through this process. It was uncomfortable to say the least. I looked at them straight in the eye with a smile on my face, and I was confident. But I could tell that they did not like my answers. It was very stressful. After the interview, I was given a tour and I was told numerous times that they would get in touch with me the following day. They did not. I thought a company with a high reputation would honor their word. But they are just like any other company who will more than likely, ghost you.
