The most bloated and inefficient hiring process I’ve ever seen. 5 interviews over the span of 3 months, with long periods of silence in-between. No clear communication, timeline, or sense of urgency, which is just what you want from a company that hasn’t built a single thing and is up against a 5 year deadline.
