The manager started by asking me about my background. Then we discussed courses that were related to the electrical side of their industry. He asked a few questions that were related to voltage and current. We also discussed possible travel options they had for interns.

A larger than expected undertaking involving a panel of 5 interviewers, however the questions were mostly basic and behavioral, and they asked follow up questions to establish experience. I enjoyed the time and they seemed friendly.

It's an online interview via zoom and it's a 2 on 1 process, with one recruiter and one engineer. time frame is about 30 min and with very dense questions.

Interview
At a conference I was invited to interview after taking online reasoning tests. Liked the company but felt that I was not a good fit for the role. Highly behavioral, very good people focused heavily on company fit .
