Great initial two engagements. Upper management interview was a sweat shop interview. It was obvious that there was limited time and that the sales process was going to be call center or boiler room type of sales. Great model, need better evaluators of talent.

I applied this position via Indeed. HR reached out to me via email and phone. During preliminary screening I was thoroughly walked through the future position and gained better understanding of the company. After this step I had Zoom interview setup with the hiring manager. I connected on multiple levels with my interviewer. I impressed them with my skills and experience but they have also impressed me with their methodical approach with professionalism. After I accepted my offer I was prompted to do drug screening. The company use HireRight to do the background check and testing. I thought HireRight had limited lab vendors however despite the inconvenient location I still had a good time because the lab vendor I chose was very professional! I highly recommend applying to Oak Street Health.
