Very socialable and outgoing conversation to vaidate the creative and logical mindset. The interview even take place in the cafe at lunch time which make me feel the open spirit of agecy life before taking the job.

Interview
I came two times to the office. First, I was interviewed by HR officer. Second time, I was interviewed by the user. It only last for about 45 minutes. They asked me to describe the consumer journey of a product that I had prepared earlier. Then they ask me further questions about my presentation

Interview
Was presented by a recruiter and shortlisted by internal committee. Had interviews with department director and senior manager, as well as two with the managing director. It took over a month between first contact to last interview, where a few follow up phone calls occurred.
Was presented with an offer 2 weeks after last interview and started two weeks after that.
