Applied, went in for an interview. It wasn't intimidating, more like a sharing session. Maybe it was intimidating at first but once you settle into the interview, you should be fine as long as you know your work and is genuinely interested in working with them. Because then you would be able to converse naturally and show your flair.
It was done in a very professional time bound manner, very organised, started on time, well documented, they make you feel comfortable, panel plus individual interviewers . Very meticulously and well organised . Level was easy to moderate .

everything was quick and smooth. started with a self-introduction, followed by a series of questions related to the creative industry, then we had a look at my portfolio and ended with a test.

Unorganized, brought me in for an interview but interviewer acted like they had better things to do. Office was very nice and most everyone else was really friendly, may have just been a bag egg.
