Okta interview questions

Initial 30 minute phone screen with recruiter, followed by 45 minute phone interview with hiring manager. The recruiter was very professional and personable. Asked pertinent questions and listened. Hiring manager was also very professional and engaged, albeit not as overtly friendly as the recruiter. Took time to explain the role and organization, and answered questions about objectives and responsibilities clearly and in detail. Everything about the process was handled courteously and professionally. I was not given an offer, which was fine, but I would have liked some feedback on how I could have been a stronger candidate, similar to what I received from Amazon and HBO recruiters, who were extremely constructive in that regard (kudos to them, by the way). Still have a high opinion of Okta and would apply for other positions in future, as they are available.

I applied online and the HR reached out to me to ask if I'm able to attend the on campus events. The events included a info session and the interview on the following day. It is quite funny since they use a sheet to sign up for interview. People just rushed to sign on and only half of them get the chance.
