Three interviews. You are evaluated and must "pass" each interview before you are allowed to move on to the next. 30 minutes fit interview and 30 minutes case interview. Interviewee led case interview - you must be well prepared having done previous cases.

Case studies
Candidates are presented with a business scenario and asked to walk the interviewer through their thought process. Interviewers may ask questions about how candidates approach unstructured challenges, evaluate data, and communicate their ideas.
Behavioral and fit questions
Interviewers may ask questions about a candidate's accomplishments, experiences, interests, and career goals. They may also ask about a candidate's motivation for applying to Oliver Wyman and how they fit with the firm's culture.
Situational judgment
Interviewers may ask questions about how a candidate would handle a situation, such as disagreeing with a project manager's approach.
