Thank you for providing your feedback. I'm pleased to hear that your perception of our screening process is not too difficult and that we valued your skills and experience. It is very important to understand where our strengths and gaps are in our recruitment process. I agree: no response for 5 months is simply not acceptable, and is not our general practice so I have followed up with the individuals involved to understand why it took so long to respond to you, regardless of the outcome.
