Several rounds of interviews for assessing mental math skills and resilience. This includes behavioural interviews.
It starts with online assessments, consisting of mini games and sequences, followed by behavioural interviews and technical ones

Probability games with odds for dices, coin tosses and card extraction
Lungo processo di selezione con lunghi esercizi, mi chiamano per una prima interview di conoscenza. Chiacchiere informali e mi scartano senza feedback. Non mi e piaciuto per nulla, sopratutto il lungo processo
1 round behavioral phone screening, 1 round technical around 45 minutes with an engineer. Make sure to brush up on DSA fundamentals for the technical interview. Phone screening was a standard 20 min interview with HR

Tell me about yourself and why you are interested?
the interview was tough and very stressful, interviewer wasnt great and wasn't the nicest but i liked the challenging aspect of it. Lots of probability and statistic questions and questions about shorting etc.
