I was brought to the interview via a contact I made at an on-campus career fair. First interview was with a recruiter in-person on-campus. Next two interviews were with business development managers over the phone.
Between a prospect working with a competitor, a prospect who had no prior business with the company, and a prospect who did have prior business with the company, who would you prioritize?
Face to Face, Direct and Ease of Communication. The interviewees were very approachable and friendly. Making communication very approachable and able to share more about the roles and share more of my personal experiences and how my transferable skills can help contribute to the role.
