Interview
I went through a phone screening then told them I had an offer from another company since they it had already been about 2 1/2 weeks since the phone screening and said that is they were still interested that time was of the essence and needed to bring me in quickly. The HR lady responded with a cut and paste in her email to me of the standard form-letter rejection letter email you get from companies (I.e. 'unfortunately we have decided to move ahead with other candidates who better fit blah blah). What a rebotic response and makes me feel like I am happy I didn't get a job there if the company views applicants as cattle basically.
