I applied to a position in the US from Europe, but after the first interview round with an HR they decided to reroute my application to Finland office, though I was not explicitly told anything, just saw that the responsible hiring manager was altered.
After the second interview (which was mostly discussing my skills and competences in overall) I wasn't told how long until I hear the feedback or what are the next steps.
I waited for 3 weeks and asked the HR person for some info. Now another week passed and I just decided to post my feedback here. I believe a rather small growing company should be more flexible and communicative about the whole process.
Maybe I am too impatient or their resources are so stretched, but something is not right: Oura company review score is 4.9 and at the same time 60% of interview process experiences are negative. Think about it.
