Interview
Upon arrival, I was provided with a tour of the facility. Then, I interviewed with the therapy manager, discussing reason for wanting the job, strengths, experience, and salary. It was a quick and pleasant interview.
I got a call for an interview about 3 days after I applied. The process was very easy and the interview was very relaxed. The questions asked were basic interview questions and other experiences during my fieldwork experience. A tour of the facility was also provided.

Experience working with patients with certain conditions.
Professional, short. They were in need of therapists and I was recommended by another therapist who knew the DOR, so the basics were covered as a formality. The DOR and HR Director were friendly. It was an efficient interview.
