Candidates were flown out to Philadelphia and stayed at a nice hotel. We had a reception that night where we were able to meet with the interviewers, eat with them, ask questions etc... Then the next morning was the actual interview process. We had a string of 3 sets of interviews with 3-6 different business segments.
The responsible of the interview was pretty rude. She was treating me in a way I would not like to join this company. Very bad marketing for the company!. I would pay more attention to it if I were the HR responsble

For the hirevue they gave me three minutes to record my answers with two attempts. The questions were asked through video and also written out. Easy technology to use and didn't take too long.

Basic technical questions on the fundamentals of accounting. Other than that, all behavioral. It was a very casual interview, nothing to worry about. A one on one situation, and lasted for about thirty minutes.
