Had a an interesting case study project which the interviewees worked together to solve a given problem. At the end of everything, a very simple and fundamental technical aptitude test that should not be difficult even if you have no experience in the industry. The only downside is no one kept in contact with the candidates after the interview to inform them whether or not they got the position.
