First was a basic recruiter screening. Second was a behavioral/technical interview with hiring manager. Hiring manager seemed great. And then technical panel interview with three team members. Team interview seemed unprepared, a bit awkward, and part of me is glad I never heard back.

The process had a quick phone screening, a meeting with the manager of the department, and a team panel interview. Neither had a technical aspect, but some technical questions were asked during the team panel.
