Pathward interview questions

I had two rounds of interviews in which there were two members of Pathward interviewing me during each interview. Each interview was around an hour long. The first interview was with two managers while the second interview was with senior auditors. Both interviews were very conversational, obviously they asked typical interview questions but I never felt very nervous as the interviewers were very down to earth.

I feel the interview process went very well! I had the opportunity to meet with multiple managers and answer a variety of questions. The process was both timely and efficient, and everyone I interacted with was kind and welcoming. The questions primarily focused on my professional experience, but they also touched on my personal background to get to know me better and ensure I would be a good fit for the organization.
