I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Patient First (Virginia Beach, VA)
Interview
The process was fairly quick. I completed all of my interviews within 2 weeks. Despite the quick process, I felt like this was one of the most difficult interviews I've been on. I felt pressured towards certain schedules and locations. The interviewer also could not answer some of my questions. So far I have not heard anything back about the position I applied for. IF I did not get the position I am completely fine. The benefits seem great! But I do not like my time to be played with.

I applied online. I interviewed at Patient First (Fredericksburg, VA)
Interview
Phone screen and then two person interview. Main interviewer rude and condescending. Gave me a hard time because they had my interview time wrong and then realized they were incorrect and never apologized.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Patient First (Catonsville, MD) in Oct 2025
Interview
Casual, usually with 2 people, the PSC (Patient Service Coordinator) and the DMS (Director of Medical Support). It takes about 30-45 mins, they will ask you some questions and get to know you better. If you are bubbly and polite they like that!
