I recieved a call to set up a phone interview 2 weeks after applying for the job. My phone interview was a week later and was fairly easy. I was super nervous but the woman was very nice and comforting, she asked normal questions. At the end of the phone interview she offered an "in person" interview with her at HR, which was literally 2 business days later. I lucked out because she was very nice and easy to talk to. She also gave me advice on the position I applied for because she had previously worked that position. I had to take a typing test which did not go NEARLY as well as it could have gone because I had acrylic nails on. I took a spelling assessment which was extremely easy & multiple choice (ex. Stomach, Sore Throat, Tylenol, etc.). I was also asked to take an assessment with some insurance terminology questions, which I studied for.. Only question I left blank ased for 3 symptoms of a heart attack, I only knew one. The interview lasted about 45 minutes total and she discussed benefits, salary, and work scheduling with me. She even offered to help me apply to another position at the Admin Building because of my customer service skills. All in all, it's been a great experience so far. It has been 2 days since my interview and now I am just waiting to hear back from the Hiring Manager.
