Interview
It was a series of phone interviews, starting with the HR talent acquisition person, followed by the hiring manager, then 2 peers and finally by the regional HR head. There was some confusion on the location of the role and at the end it didn't work out because of this. Nice people and an awesome business, although I thought that it was a somewhat disorganized company.
Smooth HR round, very relaxed and about rapport.
Second round with someone very senior who was completely self obsessed and spent 15 mins of the 30 going over their own CV and fantastic credentials
