Paycom moved quickly with the interview process. There were three rounds in total, I first met with the Talent Recruiter, Hiring Manager for my area and lastly the Regional Manager. I applied through LinkedIn and was contacted the next day by Mr. Rettig (Talent Recruiter) via email asking if I'm available to speak to him about the role. He went over the TSR role in detail and proceeded to ask my interview questions. Within two weeks, I had three interviews with different people at Paycom and was then given a job offer. I kept in contact with the Talent Recruiter every step of the way and answered all my questions through each phase.

End to end process was: Phone Screen with HR Zoom with HR Manager Interview Regional Manager Interview The entire process took around 2 weeks. Phone Screen was fairly basic, the second interview was more prep for the Manager and Regional Manager Interviews.
