Interview
3 interviews, first two with local store managers, 3rd with District Manager. Poorly planned. I was called about 1st interview the week before, then heard nothing. 3 weeks later was called for the 2nd interview and then heard nothing. 1 month later was called for the third interview with the district manager and was expected to be there in an hour (and I live 45 minutes away) I then heard nothing for 2 weeks and then was called to come fill out a background check, called a week later and was expected to start full time 3 days after that.

Hiring process is pretty easy. You get called in for an interview with store manager, if you are a good potential you get scheduled for a 2nd interview. The most successful candidate is called back and an offer is made.
