Paylocity Engineering Manager interview questions

Initial meeting with Recruiter was very positive. He talked about the company's culture, and it sounded like a great place. An interview was scheduled with the hiring manager for the position which didn't go so well. When the video call started, he seemed bothered that he had to interrupt his day for the interview. He had to pause and step away to handle issues in the background and was overall very impersonal. I tried to remain enthusiastic and positive, but he made it a challenge.
