Who we select is based on the team's decision and it includes numerous factors. Therefore, there will never be a single reason as to why a candidate is not selected. As we mention in every interview, candidates are not expected to complete the design test, nor are they expected to produce final designs. The test is created the way it is for a reason and the same test, with the same parameters, is given to every candidate. The Marketing Department works in a very collaborative, demanding and fast-paced environment, which is not for everyone. Thank you again for your feedback.
