Very thorough process starting with two different interviews with the managers. We then did a sales role play followed by a ride-a-long with an actual sales consultant. We were also given a personality questionnaire that was used to determine if we had the right personality for the position. Overall the process from initial interview to hire took over a month.

Interviewing process was fairly straight forward with a 1hr phone interview followed by a face to face a week later. The actual interview was with a three person panel from management. The mood was light and their questions were to the point (nothing tricky here).
