I applied through a recruiter. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Peloton Consulting Group
Interview
Total interview process took about 6 weeks.
I was contacted by a recruiter via email, and then had a quick phone interview. Two weeks later I had a couple interviews with consultants.
Interviewers were nice and interviews were standard: "Tell me about your prior consulting experience, what did you like what was challenging , how did you resolve issues with the client", etc.
One week later I received positive feedback from recruiter and we scheduled another interview with a Manager. After the final interview I was ghosted.
Several emails and phone calls later - 3 weeks to be exact - I heard back:
"The team was impressed and you have a great background...but...let's stay in touch..."
Conclusion:
Peloton seems to be a great company with smart and experienced employees.
The interview process was a bit long for my taste and I've never received an official rejection email.
Ignoring the interviewee after four interviews, several hours of researching the company, preparing for the interviews, shows a lack of respect and does not reflect well on the company.
I interviewed at Peloton Consulting Group (Boston, MA)
Interview
3 rounds of interviews: 1 with a member from Human Resources, 1 with a member from upper level management, 1 super day with 3 rounds of interviews. All behavioral, no casing.
Call with recruiter then three rounds of 30 min interviews. They were all behavioral and touched on experience and familiarity with implementations. No technical or case portions. Very friendly and welcoming group.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Peloton Consulting Group in Oct 2022
Interview
Timely and conversational. We're really looking for your understanding of the company and its goals. The interviews were set up on schedule but feedback was a bit scattered and off of timeline originally given.
