The interview process was pretty thorough. I had a preliminary call with HR, and 1 interview with a managing consultant. Then, once I was approved, I had 3 back-to-back interviews over Teams. Each with 1-2 consultants. I tried to go above and beyond and made a personalized portfolio that applied to the application, and then I shared it with each interviewer before the interview. I was able to then talk about my applicable projects and have them see them during the interview.
Most of it was seeing if you are able to communicate well and a personality fit, but I was asked some questions that were a bit more technical (but nothing crazy).
My best advice is to look up your interviewers beforehand and ask them questions about their specific career experience. Ask about their prior experience and how it connected to the current role, what allowed them to achieve promotions prematurely, etc.
