Total interview process took about 6 weeks.
I was contacted by a recruiter via email, and then had a quick phone interview. Two weeks later I had a couple interviews with consultants.
Interviewers were nice and interviews were standard: "Tell me about your prior consulting experience, what did you like what was challenging , how did you resolve issues with the client", etc.
One week later I received positive feedback from recruiter and we scheduled another interview with a Manager. After the final interview I was ghosted.
Several emails and phone calls later - 3 weeks to be exact - I heard back:
"The team was impressed and you have a great background...but...let's stay in touch..."
Conclusion:
Peloton seems to be a great company with smart and experienced employees.
The interview process was a bit long for my taste and I've never received an official rejection email.
Ignoring the interviewee after four interviews, several hours of researching the company, preparing for the interviews, shows a lack of respect and does not reflect well on the company.
