The process was in 5 steps for me.
1. Phone screen with recruiting to talk about role, Salary expectation.
2. 30 minute phone interview with the TS team lead
3. Took an online, recorded, tech test of basic problem solving, HTML/Java Script basics. Test was said to focus more on how you think and research to find answers than your immediate knowledge of the tech itself.
4. On-site 2 1/2 hr interview with 3 team members and the team lead again. Team was great to talk to, each person had a slightly different personality, but all were friendly. Had good open conversation.
5. Executive Interview with the director of Customer Success, then the CEO of the company. CS director asked me about my previous software support position and how it is similar/different from the role I was applying for. CEO, Todd, was a bit hard to read when he first entered the room, but after about 5 mins of conversation he opened up and was enjoyable to interview with.
