Lots of personality based questions in addition to conflict resolution exercises. The interviewers really want to see if you are intriniscally or extrinisically motivated for the role. You have to be sure to answer things the "correct" way or it won't happen.

Why do you think you're a good fit for this position?
You have to take a course on leadership, conflict management, and community engagement. Then you must be selected by your instructor to move on to the next round, or the interview process. You still get credits for the course regardless of moving forward in the hiring process.
