I applied through college or university. I interviewed at PepsiCo
Interview
Interviewed on campus by 2 managers. One was in the back typing while I was speaking and one was asking me questions. There was a lot of questions that had to do with how well you are at influencing others (people older than you, different than you, etc.). This position is not a corporate job, you would be working in the factory managing a team of people so they want to see how well you are able to handle conflict between people etc. I felt as if the interviewers were not very welcoming and stiff.
First interview was a behavorial interview where they heavily emphasized the star method. Typical behavorial questions with people leadership questions. Then they had you rank locations by preference based on your preferred location.
I applied through college or university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at PepsiCo
Interview
Seemed like the recruiter wanted me to do well. They do most of the vetting before the interview happens so once you make it to the interview they already like you.

one phone interview screening and two interview meetings before getting an offer. Expect typical behavior-based interview questions as well as leadership-focused questions. I would recommend to google interview questions and prepare for the staples.
