First round is a phone interview with someone in HR (really nice- she asked basic behavioural questions- why pepsi?) and scheduled an in person interview following week with hiring manager and another person from HR. Hiring manager asked specific questions and HR person asked more behavioral questions.

What is your favourite pepsi beverage? Who in the market has the best pricing strategy right now? You have a set target from head office every year for revenue...how do you ensure you meet that with the sale of carbonated beverages declining? How many bags of chips do we sell in a year?
Easy and straightforward. Nothing to write home about. Dont worry, you won’t be caught off guard. Walk me through your experience, basic “tell me about a time when” and the like.
