Pexip Customer Success Manager interview questions

This was a very disappointing process. I first met with the hiring manager and she hold me that I would anywhere from 6-8 interviews with different people from within the company. I then met with the hiring managers counterpart, HR, the Director of the CS, team, another Director of a different team, and finally the CTO. Each time I had these interviews they just asked me about myself and asked me to ask them questions about their roles and the company overall. It all seemed very causal and very laid back. Each time I thought the interviews went very well and they would email and say I would be moved to the next round. After my final interview (which I thought also went well) they never emailed me or follow up. I followed up and inquired about the position and never heard back. I understand that I didn't get the job and that someone was probably more qualified, but they didn't even have the courtesy to let me know after weeks of interviews. I thought this was very disrespectful and rude.
