Phenom interview questions

A short telephone interview, followed by an interview that lasted about an hour with the team manager Via Zoom. A very detailed homework assignment is sent with a submission time of about a week. The whole process was very pleasant and transparent.

So this company offers products that are designed to give a job applicant an overall better experience (among other products). I suppose my favorite part of the interview process was being totally ghosted by the recruiter. And this was after I had a great interview with them. Followed by 2 other great interviews. One of the interviews I had was a total and complete joke. The person who held the interview with me, in all honesty, should reach out to me and apologize for the highly unprofessional experience. I have never experienced an interview like that. In the first minute, I knew I was already being written off for something totally out of my control. For being a company that started as a way to give candidates a better experience, and continues to sell that as a product, after this experience I am glad I was not given a job offer. There is no way I could have a healthy working relationship with the one person who interviewed me. No going back after that horrible 45 minutes.
