Drive 2 hours for 3 1-hour interviews in a row with people who were less than interested because they had a company picnic to get to. I was a recommendation from Senior leadership for the job.

Question 1
They just wanted to hear about other work environments like they were looking for ways to improve theirs and get to their picnic. They also were more interested in my current salary (I knew the job would be lower salaried but a step forward in career)
