I applied on campus and got the interview. They don't have any vacancies to fill and not looking for any roles in particular. They shop for the perfect candidates then send them to departments with vacancies. The interview is tough because they don't need to bring anyone in. You have to dazzle them.

Was contacted at career fair, was given positive feedback by associates but then ghosted and no offer. Was left disappointed with no feedback on what to improve. Do not recommend.

Interview
You have no chance there unless you were an intern or good friends with the hiring manager. Phillips promotes from within and then hires their interns for the spots vacated. Unless you know somebody there who wants you in, an outside person has no chance.
