I found an add online on indeed. I send my resume and CL and got invitation for a phone interview.
The interviewer was nice, and asked good question, until they asked me how much I am making at my current job. When I declined, they said they cannot proceed with my application without this information. How is that legal?
3 step interview process, interviewers were very kind and communicative throughout the entire process, except never got a final response. Recruiter call, interview with hiring manager, on-site technical and behavioural interview.

Managerial round
1. test with intreviewers 2. another test 3. hr after the first intreview the intreviewer decide if go on with the proccess or not according to the answers that were in the intreview.
