This was by far the most fun and straight-forward process I had the pleasure to participate.
The following phases were part of it:
Initial phone screening;
CCAT Assesment;
Take-home test, the requirements were not difficult to implement (in fact, it was quite fun and I really enjoyed it) and very relevant for the position;
Chat with the team - again, I really enjoyed, it felt more like a casual chat than an interrogation (which unfortunately is still very common). The behavioural part of it was also great, the questions were straight to the point and not those "tell me about a time..." which most of the times can only evaluate how good of a storyteller you are.
Overall, a great experience and I felt all questions were relevant for the role. I ended up staying at my current company because the counter offer was just too good (not moneywise, but for personal reasons), but it was definitely bittersweet, cause I really loved the team at Ping from the little time I spent with them.
