After applying it started with an initial interview with the location manager and several developers asking general concept and process questions, along with inquiries about my experience and direction. This was followed up with a project that was an excellent test of the required skill set, especially with the short time frame allowed before submission, and I found it kind of exciting.
This was followed up with an interview setup much like the first only where you walked through your solution and fielded questions about design decisions and solution implementation as well as other related technical issues.
The interviewers were were very accommodating, smart, and fun. I figured that I might have struck out when the technical interview was over since I was suffering from post-vacation "fog" and missed a few key elements, but I have just received a call to do another, less formal, interview with an engineering manager, so I guess it's not over yet.
