I interviewed with Ping Identity recently. The initial rounds went well, and I finished the take-home assignment on time. After that, things just went quiet. No update, not even a simple yes or no, and my follow-up email wasn’t responded to.
I’m sharing this because candidates put real time and effort into these assessments, often outside working hours. A short message can make a huge difference. Transparency and basic closure matter in a hiring process, and I hope more companies take it seriously.
