first round: hirevue where they give you the question ahead of time and expect a prepared answer using research and an online IQ test
second round: video interview heavy on background and job specific interest
CV Screen, Video Interview, In-person interview in London, Superday.
Video interview required you to discuss your opinions and thoughts on certain firms.
In-person fit interview was extensive and really drilled into your thought process.
