I applied through an employee referral. The first stage is phone screening followed by a panel interview. The interviewers were very professional. They explained the duties and responsibilities of the position. After the interview, they gave me a brief tour of the company.

First phone interview then followed by a structured interview in few days. interview process was very smooth, very friendly and respected environment. They never stressed candidates which will give candidates a proper chance to describe their skills and talents.
