I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Portland General Electric (Portland, OR) in Jul 2018
Interview
Met with HR and eventually, the team. The HR rep was warm, and was easy to converse with. I found the experience to be balanced, but refreshing. The team were a good group of people I would want to work for/with. I would recommend this company to my network.

Interview
Online meeting get to know you type of interview one on one. Relaxed. Gained feedback from my previous interview for the same role in a different location a month earlier. Great to see how I scored. The next round was an in person interview in their Portland office with five experienced employees all writing notes from my answers to interview questions. Mostly non-technical standard behavioral questions.

Interview
The interview took place about three working days after the email telling me they were interested in meeting me. The two people who interviewed me were very friendly and made me feel comfortable. The interview questions were easy- How do you deal with complicated problems? What kind of work do you like and dislike? Where do you see myself in 5 or 10 years? Why PGE? A fair quiz on three phase power at end.
