I applied for the position via Indeed. I was then e-mailed by HR, who then set me up with the online interview with the hiring manager. I then was contacted by HR that I was going to the next round and would be taking a "Personality and Cognitive Assessment." I took the test on a Friday, and after a follow up e-mail, was told that after discussion with IT Team, they would not be proceeding with follow up interview. I'm certain that I nailed both the interview and the assessment. What a shame they have to rely on a "Personality and Cognitive Assessment" which has never been proven to measure a potential employees worth, experience, etc.
