Precision Castparts Management Development Program interview questions

Precision Castparts came to my career fair and I had a really good conversation with them there. They were very helpful and told me a lot about the position and what it would be like working there. Later that day one of their recruiters texted me and asked if I had time for a first round interview on campus the next day. I was interviewed by two people, a senior hiring manager and someone who had just com out of their time in the development program.
