I was scouted by a recruiter and had two interviews with them. I was rejected due not showing process work in my portfolio. My website is a work in progress as I was not actively looking for work and would have shared more in depth work with them.

Interview
The first couple of phone screens were fine and straight forward. The main technical interviews were pretty lengthy compared to other companies. 1 hour presentation plus 90 minute design challenge. A bit too much of a time investment.
