I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble in Nov 2009
Interview
It all started at campus recruiting, then moving on to online assessments which consist of a personality test where you should answer what you know they want to hear and a reasoning test which consists exclusively of identifying patters. To prepare for this test you should see the practice test they have on their website. If you pass this stage you will be invited to take an on-site test that takes about an hour and has three parts math, logic and patterns. If you pass this test you will be invited to interviews. In my case I met with two managers and then the director of the department where I would work. My biggest suggestion is to prepare yourself for tons and tons of questions about giving examples from your previous experience in leadership, teamwork, teaching others, etc since they are obligated to ask these questions.

Question 1
Tell me an example of a situation where you had to unexpectedly switch strategies mid way in order to achieve final goals or objectives.
Had to first complete an online assessment at my own time to evaluate relevant skills, followed by a panel interview to further assess suitability, experience, and alignment with the role’s requirements.

The interview process included multiple interview rounds including behavioral, situational, and technical questions. Interviews were on the longer side (about an hour), and consisted of quite a bit of in depth questions.
