The entire process was rigorous you had too pass an IQ test to get a phone interview then pass that to get a personal interview and background check. The background check is done by hireright and if you say you worked some where you better prove it because they will ask for w-2s and they check employment up to 7 years and they do criminal as well. They ask all these behavioral type questions so be ready hopefully you get a good phone interviewer. I recieved a personal interview and did not get the job after getting through everything the hiring manager was an idiot with his own agenda. I believe he was intimidated by credentials and purposely did not hire me. The recruiter was shocked I got turned down. The problem is you have hiring managers that should not be part of the process because they do not know how to conduct a interview the final decision should come from the recruiter. Don't waste time applying at progressive and they wonder why people can't get jobs it's because of companies like progressive
