The interview was well balanced. The questions were challenging but not unreasonable. I had plenty of opportunity to ask questions of my own. They made sure I knew they were a faith based organization and that I could support their mission of caring for the poor as Jesus would have done

We are a faith based organization based in Christianity. We express the love of Jesus through the compassionate care of others, respecting each individual and caring for the poor and vulnerable. While you are not expected to be a Christian, you must be able to support and live out the values. Can you do that?
